on May 13th, 2024, The Department of Mining Engineering and Health Club of Jharkhand Rai University came together to celebrate Mental Health and Awareness Week in a truly enlightening manner!

Our hearts and minds were enriched as we had the privilege of hosting an expert talk on Emotional Intelligence by none other than Professor RK Pradhan from IIT Kharagpur. Prof. Pradhan’s insights illuminated the importance of understanding and managing our emotions in navigating life’s challenges.

Following this empowering session, we delved deeper into the realm of mindfulness with a session led by the esteemed Mr. Debasis Biswal from the National Association of Mental Health and Allied Health. His guidance helped us cultivate a greater sense of presence and self-awareness.

Together, we took a step forward in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and fostering a community of support and understanding. Let’s continue to prioritize our mental well-being, not just this week, but every day.

Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jharkhand Rai University Organized National Level Workshop on 27th Apr 2024 Ensuring Drug Safety a comprehensive Hands-on Workshop on Pharmacovigilance. The workshop is equipped with healthcare professionals and stakeholders with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
The Department has received more than 160+ participants for the Hands-on Workshop on Pharmacovigilance from more than 10 different Colleges/ Universities like BIT Mesra, Arka Jain University, Usha Martin University, RKDF University, Ranchi, etc which showed great enthusiasm & interest during the session.

Some glimpses of the Industrial visit to Software Technology Park of India, Ranchi organized by the Department of CS &IT. During the visit, students got insights about the organization and the training & internship opportunities at STPI.

Some glimpses of the Pre Placement Talk by TCS. More than 100+ students of B.Tech CSE, B.Tech Mining and MCA were present during the session. It was a really very Informative and fruitful experience for everyone involved.
