The Educational Tour- 2025 at 𝐒𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐱 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Students from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences acquired significant practical experience related to the pharmaceutical industry.

Throughout the visit, they observed and learned about the processes involved in API manufacturing, the operations of the Quality Control Department, Warehouse management and the Packaging Department. This experience offered profound insights into the industrial facets of pharmaceutical science and its practical applications.

𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐦𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚, Professor from the Department of Computer Science & IT, participated as expert panelists in the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 “𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰’𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐀 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧” at IIIT, Ranchi, organized by MIT World Peace University, Goa.

Here are a few glimpses of the Workshop on 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, Organized by the Department of Physiotherapy. The event commenced with an inauguration ceremony, which was succeeded by an enlightening session where students acquired both theoretical and practical insights into the proper techniques for implementing Dry Needling. This session emphasized key principles, safety protocols and provided a hands-on demonstration of needle application.

The much-awaited final of the Inter Department Kho-Kho Championship was played with great zeal and enthusiasm between the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 and the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀. Both teams displayed extraordinary energy, team spirit, and sporting skills, keeping the audience thrilled throughout the match.

In a highly competitive encounter, the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 outperformed their opponents with remarkable coordination and swift strategies. With this win, the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 emerged as the Champion Team of the tournament.

The 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀 fought valiantly and earned appreciation for their sportsmanship and determination, finishing as the Runners-up. The participants concluded on a high note, celebrating the spirit of teamwork, discipline, and fitness among the participants.

In the proud memory of Hockey Wizard Major Dhyan Chand, Sports Club, Jharkhand Rai University successfully organized the Inter Department Football Tournament – 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐇𝐀 2025.

The final match witnessed a thrilling contest between the Department of Mining Engineering and the Faculty of CSE & IT. With sheer teamwork, skill and determination, Mining Engineering emerged as Champions, securing victory by 4–2. The Faculty of CSE & IT put up a spirited fight and earned the position of Runners-Up.

Congratulations to the winners and kudos to all participating teams for making the tournament a grand success!

Jharkhand Rai University proudly commencing 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐇𝐀 2025 the much awaited Inter Department Football & Kho-Kho Tournament on 29𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 2025, coinciding with National Sports Day, celebrated in honor of the birth anniversary of Hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand. The day witnessed an exciting start to the tournament, filled with energy, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit across departments.

The opening day reflected the true essence of Excellence, Friendship and Respect, the values aligned with the Olympic spirit. With thrilling performances and high enthusiasm from players and supporters alike, Day 1 set the tone for an exciting journey ahead in 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐃𝐇𝐀 2025.

The Department of Agriculture organized an expert talk on “𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲” with Dr. Ashok Kumar former Associate Dean, Agriculture College, Garhwa,Birsa Agriculture University. The session provided students with valuable insights, guidance and opportunities to clarify doubts, helping them make informed career choices.
