Prof. (Dr.) E. Balagurusamy, Academic Advisor to the Hon’ble Governor of Jharkhand will be the Guest of Honour & deliver the Special Address
H.E. Mr Gabriel P. Sinimbo, High Commissioner of the Republic of Namibia to India will be the Guest of Honour & deliver the Special Address
Dr. Harbeen Arora Rai, Hon’ble Chancellor, Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi will deliver the Welcome Address.
