Mango-Flax seed Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ripe medium sized mango
1 tablespoon ground flax seed, 2 soaked almonds
½ cup low-fat milk or milk of your choice (soy, almond, light coconut milk)
½ cup crushed ice (if you want it chilled)
1 tsp of brown-sugar or natural mineral sugar
Method – Combine ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
If the mixture is too thick, add milk to your liking.
