Abhishek Pratap is designated as Associate Professor and placed in the Faculty of Commerce & Management, at Jharkhand Rai University. He has more than 19 years of experience, out of which he has 15 years of academic experience. He has worked in various reputed organization like Cholamandalam Ms General Insurance, Usha Martin Academy, St. Xavier’s College and so on. He has done his MBA from ICFAI business school, Mumbai & BBA from BIT Mesra. He is UGC-NET qualified in Management and has been awarded Doctorate Degree in 2015. He also holds a licentiate certificate from Insurance Institute of India. His area of interest is Marketing management and related papers. Mr. Pratap has presented various papers in National conferences. He has also published various Papers in reviewed refereed international and national Journals. He has also been actively engaged in training students in retail domain as part of Skill development conducted by NSDC

Dr. Anusha Priya is working as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Commerce & Management at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She is NET qualified & has done her PhD in the area of “Environmental Management & Sustainable development”. Her area of specialization is Human Resource. She is also the Research Coordinator of the University. She has 11 & a half years of academic & research experience. She has authored a book titled, “Environmental Responsibilities & Sustainable Development of India: A case study of Indian Steel Industry”. She has several Research Paper publication in Springer, other Scopus indexed journals and UGC care. She has also published & presented several research papers in various international journals and conferences. She has conducted classes in the Refresher Course of UGC-Academic Staff College, Ranchi in the field of Management. As a research supervisor she has produced one (1) Ph.D under her co-supervision and is currently supervising three (3) Research Scholars at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She is actively involved with academic, administrative & research responsibilities. Her area of interest lies in Human Resource Management, Organization Behaviour, and Research.

Dr. Shilpi Bose is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Jharkhand Rai University, with over 5 years of Academic experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, with her research titled “Challenges and Opportunities in Work-Life Balance of Medical Representatives in the Pharmaceutical Industry – A Case Study at Ranchi in Jharkhand.” She completed her MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Studies, Ranchi University. Dr. Bose has taught core HR subjects in BBA and MBA programs at RKDF University, Ranchi, along with courses in Business Communication, Soft Skills, Personality Development, and has actively contributed to Training and Placement activities.

Her academic contributions include 4 paper presentation at national and international conferences, 9 published research papers, 1 patent, and active participation in workshops and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).

Vikrant Kumar Ravi is a working as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator in the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Jharkhand Rai University.A NET-qualified academician and management professional, he is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Management from Jharkhand Rai University, further strengthening his expertise in the field. He holds a Postgraduate degree from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi, and a B.Sc. in Zoology from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. Prior to his tenure at Jharkhand Rai University, he served as a Faculty at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University (DSPMU), Ranchi, where he specialized in Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, Marketing, and Management, integrating MS Excel, ERP, and EMS tools into business courses since February 2020. His extensive teaching experience includes roles as a Guest Faculty at Sarla Birla University,ISM Pundag, and an External Faculty at St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. Dedicated to academic excellence, he has consistently worked to create an engaging learning environment that connects theoretical knowledge with practical industry applications. Additionally, he has played a significant role in curriculum development, course preparation, and the implementation of NEP 2020 within the School of Management Studies at DSPMU, ensuring that educational content remains aligned with evolving industry standards. With over a decade of industry experience in retail management, Vikrant has worked with renowned brands such as Big Bazaar, Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd, V2 (Value and Variety), and CITYSTYLE. His leadership roles, including Regional Manager, Area Manager, Store Manager, and Deputy Store Manager, have provided him with deep insights into retail operations, strategic management, and consumer behavior. This vast industry experience enables him to offer practical, real-world perspectives to his students, enriching their learning experience.Beyond academia and corporate leadership, Vikrant is an Entrepreneur and the Founder and Owner of Chota Smart Bazaar, a retail chain that integrates traditional retail with modern e-commerce solutions. His entrepreneurial journey has further honed his expertise in business strategy, market trends, and customer behavior, which he seamlessly incorporates into his teaching approach. With a blend of academic expertise, extensive industry exposure, and entrepreneurial experience, he continues to contribute to the advancement of business and management education, providing students with a holistic, application-driven learning experience that prepares them for the dynamic corporate world.

Rashmi is presently pursuing Ph.D in Management. She has done Post Graduation in Management from Delhi and M.A in English from Patna University, Patna. Adept with 12+ years of teaching experience, she has an expertise in teaching Management Papers at MBA and BBA levels at various colleges of Ranchi University and also at Study Centre of Sikkim Manipal University and IGNOU. She has been teaching core papers of Marketing and HR in Vocational Department[BBA] at Doranda College, a constituent unit of Ranchi University, Ranchi. She also has an experience of teaching Management papers at one of the most reputed, prestigious St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi an autonomous college of Ranchi University. Apart from Management papers she has been teaching English subject in Intermediate Section Arts, Science, Commerce of Jharkhand Academic Council at Doranda College Ranchi. She has been taking Communication/ Soft Skills and Personality Development classes for students of MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA at Dr. Zakir Hussain Institute study centre of Sikkim Manipal University and NIIT centre. She has presented {6} papers in International/National Seminar/Conferences and also published research paper. She has attended/participated in Workshops/Faculty Development Program in various reputed Institute/University. She is also the Life time member of ‘Association for Research in Social Sciences, Commerce and Management’{ARISCOM}. Prior to teaching, she has an experience of working in Corporate sectors like Inox Global Services Limited Gurugram, Satyam Infoways Limited, New Delhi in managerial capacity. Presently she is working at Jharkhand Rai University in the Faculty of Commerce & Management.

Sonal Bharti is currently working as a Faculty Associate in the Faculty Commerce & Management at Jharkhand Rai University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D from Jharkhand Rai University. She has done her Post Graduation Diploma in Management from Xavier’s Institute of Social Service (XISS), RANCHI. Her specialisation is Finance. She has over 3 Years of experience in Corporate in operations as well as 3 years of experience in teaching. She brings her corporate learning into the classroom.

Manoshi Roy is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Faculty of Commerce and Management in Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She has 18 years of teaching experience out of which 14 years of experience, she has earned from reputed engineering and management colleges of India like Amity University Jharkhand, Gandhi Institute for Education and Technology (GIET) Bhubaneswar, Institute of Management and Global Excellence (IMAGE) Bhubaneswar and she also got corporate sector experience from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Corporation Limited. She is a certified IELTS trainer as certified by British Council of India. She has presented more than 25 technical as well as non-technical papers on various seminars at university level. Linguistics and English Language Teaching are her specialization papers during Masters in English and she has an extensive knowledge regarding various subjects of management studies during her master’s in business administration. This amalgamation of knowledge of core English and management along with student interaction experience concocted her into a expert life skill trainer. Her teaching methodology is entirely based on broader techniques of achieving learning outcomes. She has recently completed an online training on digital journalism from REUTERS media house USA and participated in Self Directed Emotional Learning for Empathy and Kindness (SEEK) developed by UNESCO MGIEP and Life University USA.

Ms. Ankita Kumari is currently working as a Faculty Associate in the Faculty of Commerce and Management. She has done her B.Com from Ranchi University, and MBA (HR) from Christ University, Bangalore. She has over six years of industry experience, especially in Consultancy and Aerospace. Her latest stint was with a German Aerospace Company based out of Bangalore.

Mr. Neeraj Kumar Poddar is as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Jharkhand Rai University. He has completed his M.Com from Doranda College (Ranchi University). He has excellent academic records. He is UGC-NET qualified in commerce & also having teaching experience of more than 4 years.

Neha Chandra is an academic professional currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Jharkhand Rai University. She completed her MBA from Christ University, Bangalore, and has submitted her Ph.D. thesis at Ranchi University. Her research focuses on comparing how corporate social responsibility impacts the financial performance of Tata Steel Limited and Bokaro Steel Limited, contributing valuable insights to this field. Neha has published several research papers in well-reputed national and international journals and has presented her work at various academic conferences. With two years of experience in both corporate and academic roles, along with three years of research contributions, she combines practical knowledge with academic expertise. Her area of interest includes Business strategies, CSR, etc.

Satarupa Ganguly is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She earned her Graduation and Post-Graduation degrees in English Literature from Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University, Dhanbad. She has also qualified the UGC NET exam. She possesses proficiency in communication, life skill and soft skill development and has an internship experience at a government school at Dhanbad.

Divya Sinha is working as a Lecturer in the Faculty Commerce & Management at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She has completed her Graduation and post-graduation from Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi. She is currently pursuing her PhD from National Institute of Technology, Patna in the area “Artificial Intelligence Integration in Human Resource Management.” Her area of specialization is Human Resource. She has presented papers in both National and International conferences. She is having experience of working in in Talent Acquisition company based in Bangalore.

Ms. Agrataa Kashyap Dhandhania is working as a Lecturer in the Faculty Commerce & Management at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She has completed her Bachelor in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi, followed by a Masters in English Literature from MATS University, Raipur. She further pursued an M.Phil in English Literature from the same institution, where she was awarded the Gold Medal for her outstanding Academic performance. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in English Literature, focusing on research related to the transgender community.

In addition to her academic excellence, she has been recognized in various prestigious platforms. She won the title of Mrs. India Jharkhand 2023, organized by Mrs. India – One in a Million. She was also featured in Fox Story India’s “Faces of the Year” edition, published in July 2024. Furthermore, she was honored as the Guest of Honor at the Ahimsa Marathon, organized by JITO, Ranchi. Ms. Dhandhania has a total of 5 years of experience in Academia. She has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Kalinga University, Raipur, contributing significantly to the field of education. Her dedication to literature, gender studies, and social advocacy continues to drive her professional and research endeavors.

Ms. Priyanka Kumari is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Commerce and Management. She is a dedicated and passionate academician with a robust foundation in English Language and Literature. She holds a Master’s degree in English from Binod Bihari Mahato Koyalanchal University, Dhanbad, and has earned her Bachelor of Education from Government Women’s Teacher Training College, Ranchi. She has also qualified the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) and the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) in 2024.

In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Kumari possesses practical experience as a soft skills and spoken English trainer on various digital platforms. Her pedagogical approach integrates effective communication, impactful presentation strategies, and contemporary teaching methodologies designed to foster student engagement and academic excellence. Her primary areas of interest include English language pedagogy, literary studies, and the advancement of soft skills.
