A comprehensive evaluation of student satisfaction regarding their educational experiences at Jharkhand Rai University was conducted through a questionnaire. This survey explored various aspects, including the curriculum, mentoring programs, laboratory facilities, sports provisions, library services, training and placement opportunities, infrastructure, and extracurricular activities. Respondents rated their experiences on a scale from 1 to 5, where 5 indicates “Excellent,” 4 means “Very Good,” 3 represents “Good,” 2 is “Average,” and 1 signifies “Below Average.”

A total of 268 students participated in the online survey. Their feedback was meticulously recorded and analyzed, revealing a high level of satisfaction with the overall educational experience at the university. Students particularly praised the quality of the teaching faculty and highlighted the relevance of the courses offered concerning industry requirements. Additionally, the respondents expressed strong approval of the university’s mentorship program and demonstrated satisfaction with the academic infrastructure, which includes facilities such as the library, laboratories, and other essential resources.
