The University Placement Cell is committed to facilitating meaningful employment opportunities for interested students. To accomplish this, we invite diverse range of companies and organizations to conduct campus placement drives at our university. We have successfully engaged numerous companies throughout this initiative, including prominent names such as BFIL, Jana Small Finance Bank, PSM Energy, ICICI Bank, Muthoot Micro Finance, Tech Mahindra, TCS, Concentrix, and many others.
In order to align our efforts with the expectations of our industry partners, the University Placement Cell collects feedback from the companies that participate in these drives. This feedback addresses several aspects, including the quality of students involved in the placement process, the overall atmosphere of the University, the infrastructure, and the effectiveness of the support materials provided.
The analysis of the feedback collected reveals that companies expressed a high level of satisfaction concerning our students’ performance during the personal interview process. Specifically, they highlighted strengths in areas such as subject knowledge, creativity, readiness and willingness to learn, as well as a positive attitude. This positive feedback is encouraging and reinforces our commitment to fostering an environment conducive to student success.
