
Dr. (Prof.) Randhir Kumar Gupta
Dr. Randhir Kumar Gupta is a Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Dr. Gupta earned his Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Science from NIMS University Jaipur and M. Tech (Biotech.) from West Bengal University of Technology which is now known as Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata and Bachelor in Pharmacy from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. Dr. Gupta qualified entrance exam which was conducted by JNU Delhi for his master program and got scholarship by the Dept. of Biotechnology, Government of India. He has published various full length research papers and as abstracts in national and international journals. Dr. Gupta has extensive 17 years of experience at different positions. Dr. Gupta is the elected member of Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council. His area of research interest is” Investigation and Screening of Plant Originated Phytopharmaceuticals for Anti-Inflammatory activity”.

Dr. Syed Mohammad Abdullah
Dr. Syed Mohammad Abdullah is a Principal-cum-Head in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Pharmacy with a specialization in Pharmacology from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. Prior to his postgraduate studies, he qualified the GATE examination (2006) conducted by IIT Kharagpur and was awarded with UGC fellowship. He earned his Ph.D. from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, where his doctoral research focused on the “Development of an in vivo rat model for pulmonary fibrosis with insights into novel treatment regimens.”
Dr. Abdullah has extensive experience of more than 17 years as an Academician, Industrial Researcher and the Healthcare professional. Currently, he is designated as an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. His research interests encompass pharmacological investigations related to respiratory and antihypertensive drugs, with particular expertise in bioavailability and bioequivalence studies associated with clinical trial research. He has published more than 15 scientific papers in reputed national and international journals. Before joining academia, Dr. Abdullah gained about 8 years of industrial experience in the Department of Medical Affairs & Clinical Research (MACR), where he last held the position of Senior Research Scientist (SRS) at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Additionally, he contributed 2.5 years of service in healthcare sector at the Central Security Hospital under the Ministry of Interior, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a registered pharmacist in India (Delhi Pharmacy Council), and abroad through qualifying the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) examination conducted by Pearson-Vue. Alongside his academic and research pursuits, Dr. Abdullah remains dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical education and fostering innovation in drug development and clinical research.

Dr. Ramkrishna Mandal
Dr. Ramkrishna Mandal is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. He completed his M.S. (Pharm) in Medicinal Chemistry from NIPER-Kolkata and subsequently worked as a Project Assistant at CSIR–Indian Institute of Chemical Biology (IICB), Kolkata, before obtaining his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He has also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Otago and Aix-Marseille University (CNRS, France), where his research focused on supramolecular chemistry, bioinspired catalysis, and functional molecular systems. Dr. Mandal’s research interests include supramolecular chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and artificial enzyme mimics. He has experience in advanced organic and inorganic synthesis, spectroscopic characterization, and the development of responsive molecular architectures. He has authored and co-authored research articles and review papers in international journals and has presented his work at several international conferences. Apart from research, Ramkrishna Mandal has teaching and mentoring experience in undergraduate and postgraduate chemistry courses. He believes in creating an interactive and research-oriented learning environment that connects fundamental chemistry with modern pharmaceutical and medicinal applications.

Mr. Hemendra Mishra
Mr. Hemendra Mishra is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. Mr. Hemendra Mishra earned his Master degree in Pharmaceutics from Himalayan Pharmacy Institute, Mazitar, Rangpo affiliated with North Bengal University Siliguri (West Bengal) and B. Pharm from Himalayan Pharmacy Institute, Mazitar, Rangpo affiliated with North Bengal University Siliguri (West Bengal). He has published various research papers in national and international journals of repute. and attended / participated in the various conferences. Mr. Hemendra Mishra has extensive 18 years of experience at different positions. He has worked in different University as assistant professor and also served as a principal. He has also served as Analytical Chemist in the Industry. He is having good exposer in both in Industry and Academia. His area of research of interest is “Nobel Drug Delivery System”.

Ms. Soma Ghosh
Soma Ghosh is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. Soma Ghosh earned all her master’s degree in Pharmaceutics, bachelor’s degree & Diploma in Pharmacy from Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, West Bengal. She has an experience as an Assistant Professor at Radha Govind University. Soma Ghosh has completed her master’s degree project on “Synthesis and characterization of hydrophobic carbon dot encapsulated liposomes”.

Mr. Sudipto Mangal
Sudipto Mangal is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He completed his M. Pharm from Himalayan Pharmacy Institute, Majhitar, East Sikkim and earned his bachelor’s degree from JIS University, Kolkata. He did his M. Pharm project on topic “Isolation of various bioactive components from freshwater fish scales”. He has published 4 scientific articles in various reputed International/National journals and one book chapter titled “Mangrove: A Potential source of Bioactive Compounds” of published book entitled “Research Trends in Medicinal Plant Sciences (Vol. 10). Apart from this, he has presented 6 scientific research works in different International and National conferences/symposiums/congresses and participated in more than 50 National and International Conferences/Seminars/Workshops/webinars. He has grabbed 2nd position in Young Researcher Award, 2022 in an AICTE sponsored International Conference, Awarded as “IPA Bengal Pharma and Healthcare Trust Scholarship” in 2020, Awarded for Outstanding Innovative Project titled “Advanced Mass Sanitization Sprinkler” at JIS University, Online IDEATHON THOR 2020 as a student. His area of research majorly includes Extraction of biomolecules from Municipal/Solid Waste Management.

Ms. Srijani Dasgupta
Ms. Srijani Dasgupta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She obtained her B.Pharm and M.pharm degree in Pharmacology from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT, Mesra), Ranchi. She has an industrial experience in pharmacovigilance as Data Analyst in Cognizant Technology Solutions. She carried out her M.pharm project on “Evaluation of Activity of Clerodendrum colebrookianum Walp extract in Isoproterenol induced Cardiac Myopathy” wherein phytochemical analysis and estimation of in-vitro antioxidant potential of standardized plant extract was conducted and also its efficacy in cardiovascular conditions in-vivo was evaluated. Her skills include animal handling (mice, rats and rabbits) and ethical use of animals for in-vivo experiments. She is specially trained and certified for surgical procedures required for inducing CVD, post-surgical care, survival surgery. Her patent on “Artificial Intelligent System Embedded with Plurality Sensors Monitoring and for Prediction and Detection of Heart Diseases” has been published recently. She has completed course on Good Clinical Practice conducted by National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). She has participated and presented her research work in more than 10 National and International Conferences and Seminars.

Ms. Rashmi Kumari
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. I have completed Master degree in Pharmacy Practice from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kerala and bachelor in pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka. I was awarded Gold Medal for having secured First Rank in the Examinations conducted at the Kochi Campus level for Master of Pharmacy program in Pharmacy Practice during 2016-2018. I have completed my master’s degree project on “Assessment of aromatase inhibitors-induced bone loss and appropriateness of supportive therapy in postmenopausal breast cancer patients at an Indian tertiary care center”. I have one research paper and one case report publications in scopus listed journals and one review is in the queue. I have attended several national and international seminars. I also have more than 4 years of teaching experience at Om Sadashiva College of Pharmacy. Mine area of interest is in Clinical Pharmacy, Research works, social works etc.

Ms. Kritka Modak
Kritka Modak is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. She has earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. She has earned her Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics from Bengal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research under West Bengal University of Technology. On the topic “Formulation and Characterization of Ethyl Cellulose based Transdermal patches of Atenolol for improved in-vitro skin” she has made her master research dissertation. She has published her review article on “In silico, identification and validation of anti-cancer activity of Flavonoids”. Apart from this, she has also attended various National and International Seminars. She has rich experience in manufacturing industry specially in Quality Assurance Department.

Mr. Anurag Das
Mr. Anurag Das is an Assistant Professor in the Department of the Pharmaceutical Science at Jharkhand Rai University. Mr. Anurag has completed his B. Pharm and M. Pharm on Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance from Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, Kolkata (MAKAUT). During his M. Pharm, he worked on the project titled “Development of a method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of paclitaxel by HPTLC” under ‘’Dr. Debabrata Ghosh Dastidar”. He also worked as a Pharmacovigilance officer in Wipro. He has also done his industrial training from Gena Pharmaceutical LTD. He presented and attended different seminars and conferences including national and international during his M. Pharm. His research interest lies in anticancer drug, and analytical method development.

Mr. Sourav Khawas
Sourav Khawas is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He has completed M.Pharm from Dr. K.N. Modi University and a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy from Dr. B.C. Roy College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences, Durgapur. In addition, more than 12 research and review papers have been published in indexed journals including Scopus and UGC CARE. He has also authored more than two books through reputed publishers and holds one patent on Dry Suspensions Formulation. He has participated in several international conferences and national seminars. His research interests include natural products, transdermal drug delivery systems, and novel drug delivery systems (NDDS) and different types of formulations.

Mr. Jay Chandra
Jay Chandra is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. Accomplished pharmaceutical professional with M.Pharm specialization in Pharmaceutics from Dr. KN. Modi University, Jaipur, and B.Pharm from NIMS University, Jaipur. Having a blend of teaching and industry experience, Jay has consistently contributed to both academic and industrial advancements in the field of pharmacy. With several research papers published in esteemed journals including two authored books. Jay is dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical knowledge and fostering learning. Known for a commitment to quality, research rigor, and an innovative approach to problem-solving in pharmaceutics.

Ms. Ankeeta Kumari Pandey
Ankeeta Kumari Pandey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. Ankeeta Kumari Pandey has earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s of Pharmaceutical Sciences from Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University. The topic of her thesis was, “An Effective and Reliable Method Development for Detection and Quantification of Nitrosamine Impurities (NMBA, NDEA, and NDBA) in Rosuvastatin Calcium Bulk Drug by Using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Technique”. Ankeeta has worked in the Document Quality Assurance department for one year at Mankind Research Center. Apart from this she also has internship experience in research and development (Polymorphic characterization) at Mankind Pharma, in the clinical Pharmacology Unit at Sunpharma Industries, New Delhi, Experience of dispensing at Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi and in marketing at Natureship Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Ms. Gauri Baraik
Ms. Gauri Baraik is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She has obtained her B.Pharm degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi and M.Pharm degree in Pharmacology from Glocal University, Saharanpur. She has an Industrial Experience in Quality Control department as Analyst in Stability and Finish section. She carried out her M.Pharm project on “Evaluation of anti-anxiety activity of the hydromethanolic extract of Boerhavia diffusa L. root”

Mr. Pavel Nath
Mr. Pavel Nath is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. Pavel Nath has earned his Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics from Gupta College of Technological Sciences, Asansol and Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Centurion University of Technology and Management, Odisha. He also has experience of 6 months as an intern in the department of research and development of East India Pharmaceuticals Works LTD. Pavel Nath has carried out his projects on “Evaluation of Tamarindus Indica Seed Polysaccharide as a tablet binder in the formulation of poorly compressible drug”. He has also worked as a clinical documentation associate in Aquity Solutions. Pavel Nath is dedicated to advancing pharmaceutical knowledge and fostering learning, known for a commitment to quality, research rigor, and an innovative approach to problem-solving in pharmaceutics.

Ms. Anamika Palak
Anamika Palak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of the Pharmaceutical Science at Jharkhand Rai University. She has earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy from Lord Shiva College of Pharmacy, Sirsa, Haryana and Master’s in Pharmacy with the specialization in Pharmaceutics from ISF College of Pharmacy affiliated with I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. She has worked on the project titled “Formulation and evaluation of curcumin loaded nanocomposite hydrogel for the management of Psoriasis” during her M. Pharm she has attended various International and National Conferences and publish Research Paper & review articles in the journal of repute. Apart from this Ms. Anamika has also attended FDPs, Webinars and Seminars to upgrade her skills. She has academic experience of 3.2 years and she has worked as an Assistant Professor with Dasmesh College of Pharmacy, Faridkot, Punjab.

Mr. Sourav Pradhan
Mr. Sourav Pradhan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. He has completed his M.Pharm in the specialization Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Calcutta Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology and Allied Health Sciences (CIPT & AHS), Howrah, West Bengal. He also earned his B.Pharm from the same institute, i.e., CIPT & AHS, Howrah, West Bengal. The topic of his master’s research work was “Antibiotic Susceptibility Profile of Bacteria Isolated from Municipality Wastewater in the Uluberia Region.After B.Pharm, he has worked as Ward Pharmacist in Apollo Multispecialty Hospitals, Kolkata. He has joined academics after completion of his post-graduation,he has previously worked as an Assistant Professor with NSMS Institute of Pharmacy, Durgapur. He also a member of professional bodies like APTI. He has done his industrial training from Caplet India Private Limited, West Bengal. He has participated and attended various seminars, webinars, FDPs, and National and International conferences. His research interest lies in isolation, identification of microorganisms, and bioremediation.

Mr. Shantanu Raj
Mr. Shantanu Raj is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, Karnataka and completed his Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand. During his postgraduate studies, he undertook research project on “In Silico-Guided Evaluation of a Poly-Phytochemical Formulation for Hepatoprotection Against Paracetamol-Induced Toxicity”. He has done internships in Srushti Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. (Bengaluru), PharmaX India Pvt. Ltd.(Mumbai) and Advanced Instrumentation Techniques for Scientific Research (BIT Mesra, Ranchi) and hospital training from Anvi Newborn and Child Hospital Ranchi. Ms. Apoorva Kumari
Apoorva kumari is a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. Apoorva earned her bachelor’s in pharmacy from Hi-tech College of Pharmacy, Bhubaneswar. Apoorva had also attended various National and International conference and Seminars. Mr. Pranjal Kumar
Mr. Pranjal Kumar is Lecturer cum Lab Assistant in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jharkhand Rai University. He has earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Centurion University, Odisha. Mr. Kumar has done his project work on ‘Comparative Study of Different Marketed Formulation of Antibiotic Drug’ and has also done hospital training from BBMC & H (DHH) Hospital, Balangir. His area of expertise is in QA & QC in B2B platform in Healthcare Industry.

Ms. Arya Kumari
Ms. Arya Kumari is a Lecturer cum Placement Officer in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. Ms. Arya has completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy from Netaji Subhas University, Jamshedpur. She successfully completed her internship cum Industrial training from LUPIN LIMITED, Goa and hospital training from MGM Medical College & hospital. She also worked in TATA MAIN HOSPITAL (TATA 1 MG) as a Pharmacist.

Ms. Rupam Vishwanaath
Ms. Rupam Vishwanaath is a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University. She has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Ms. Rupam has worked on two projects namely: Development of Generic Formulation of Film Coated Tablet “Tinidazole” and Identification Test of Carbohydrates and Proteins.

Mr. Tanmay Jit
Mr. Tanmay Jit is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He obtained his B.Pharm from BCDA College of Pharmacy and Technology and his M.Pharm from the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of North Bengal. He carried out his M.Pharm project on “Fabrication of extended-release beads of diclofenac sodium based on Ca²⁺ cross-linked pectin and tamarind seed xyloglucan IPN composite”. He has 2 years of teaching experience along with 1 year of research experience as a Research Assistant under a DST-SEED Project, Government of India, New Delhi. He has published 2 research articles and 13 review articles, and has also authored 1 book and 2 patents. His research interests include Nanocomposite, carbon nanodots (CND), microspheres, and Nanobiopesticide.

Ms. Jyoti Kumari
Ms Jyoti Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She has submitted her PhD thesis in Pharmacy at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Her doctoral research is titled “Pharmacological Efficacy of AKBA Against Diabetic Cataract and Hepatopathy: An Integrated in Silico, In Vitro, and In Ovo Study.”
Her research interests include antidiabetic studies using experimental models, anti-inflammatory activity of herbal plants, oxidative stress, diabetic cataract, diabetic hepatopathy, and pharmacological evaluation of natural products, particularly with reference to cataract and retinopathy. She completed her M. Pharm in Pharmacology from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Central University, Bilaspur, and her B.Pharm from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Prior to her postgraduate studies, she qualified GPAT in 2014. Before joining Jharkhand Rai University, Ms. Kumari served as Principal at RCT & RC, Ranchi. She also worked as an Assistant Professor at YBN University, Ranchi, and as a Lecturer at RCP, Ranchi. Her academic experience includes pharmacy teaching, laboratory supervision, institutional academic administration, student mentoring, and guidance in pharmacology-related practical and research activities. She has completed industrial and hospital-based training in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, and hospital pharmacy practice. Her technical expertise includes experimental pharmacology, chick embryo handling, in ovo pharmacological evaluation, biochemical estimation, and laboratory-based pharmacological assessment. She has been associated with the Pharmaceutical Society of BIT Mesra and is a member of the Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India.

Mr. Aarya Shresth
Mr. Aarya Shresth is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He holds a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Phytopharmacy and Phytomedicine from Amity University, Noida, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. His research focuses on herbal and phytopharmaceutical sciences, herbal formulation development, phytochemical investigations, and computational drug discovery using molecular docking techniques. He has published a Scopus-indexed book chapter on the role of medicinal plants in diabetic foot care through Nova Science Publishers. His academic contributions also include review articles and research projects on the cosmetic, anti-aging, and anti-inflammatory potential of medicinal plants, transdermal drug delivery systems, and nanotechnology-based traditional cosmetic formulations.
Mr. Shresth has presented his research at several national and international conferences hosted by reputed institutions, including Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University and Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. He has also completed industrial training at Sri Ram Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, gaining practical exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory compliance, and quality control. His professional certifications include Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) and the National Intellectual Property Awareness Mission (NIPAM). He is dedicated to fostering research excellence, innovation, and student-centered learning in pharmaceutical education.

Mr. Pabitra Maity
Mr. Pabitra Maity is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He completed his B.Pharm and his M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, both from Brainware University. He carried out his B.Pharm project work on “Formulation and Evaluation of Diclofenac Sodium-loaded Chitosan-Pectin Nanoparticles” and M.Pharm project work on “Molecular Docking and Synthesis of Pyrazoline Derivatives for their Biological Evaluation.” He has completed industrial training at IPCA Laboratories Ltd. Sikkim, along with a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management. He has published several research and review articles in Scopus-indexed and other reputable peer-reviewed journals, and has presented papers at several national and international conferences, including at Brainware University and Adamas University. His research interests include nanotechnology-based drug delivery, synthesis, molecular docking, QSAR modeling, network pharmacology, and phytochemical/plant-derived therapeutics.

Ms. Preety Mandal
Ms. Preety Mandal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She obtained her Master of Pharmacy in Pharmacognosy from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, and her Bachelor of Pharmacy from Arka Jain University, Jharkhand. She carried out her M. Pharm research project on “Development and Evaluation of Olive oil-based Oleogels structured with Ricinoleic and Palmitic Acid,” which explored the structuring of edible oils for pharmaceutical and biomedical applications, while her undergraduate project focused on the “Formulation Development and Characterization of Transdermal Patches of Pethidine.” She has hands-on proficiency in Origin for scientific data analysis. Ms. Mandal has actively presented her research at national and international forums, including a poster presentation and an oral presentation. She has also participated in the 4th International Conference organized by the Indian Pharmaceutical Association – Students’ Forum in association with CLINOXY Solutions Private Limited.

Ms. Srija Sana
Ms. Srija Sana is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from JIS University and a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Regulatory Affairs from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), Kolkata. During her postgraduate studies, Ms. Sana conducted research on the regulatory requirements for marketing authorization of novel drug delivery systems, while her undergraduate research focused on the bioautography of natural products in chemistry. She has nearly one year of teaching experience at MR College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a Scientific Content Developer at Trimpline, where she gained valuable experience in scientific writing and pharmaceutical content development.
Ms. Sana has completed pharmacovigilance training with Wipro and industrial training at Nuak Laboratories, Kolkata, and Gluconate Health Limited, Kolkata, acquiring practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, and regulatory practices. She has actively participated in several national and international seminars, webinars, and symposia on emerging areas of pharmaceutical sciences, including AI-driven pharmacy innovation, pharmacovigilance, global career opportunities for pharmacists, recent advances in cancer therapeutics, and innovation and entrepreneurship under the E-YUVA Scheme. Her academic interests include regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, pharmaceutical documentation, and scientific research.

Mr. Debarpan Mandal
Mr. Debarpan Mandal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He completed his B.Pharm from Gupta College of Technological Sciences, Asansol, and his M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. His M. Pharm research focused on the “Design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of imidazole derivatives as antimicrobial agents”. He has completed industrial training at Nujak Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. and Gluconate Health Limited, where he gained hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control. He has participated in national and international conferences and workshops related to pharmaceutical sciences and drug discovery. His research interests include medicinal chemistry, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, structure-based drug design, and computer-aided drug discovery.

Mr. Satyadeep Dash
Mr. Satyadeep Dash is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bhubaneswar and Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) in Pharmacology from the Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi. During his postgraduate studies, he conducted research on hemostasis under the guidance of Dr. Bapi Gorain, resulting in the filing of a patent based on his M.Pharm. research. He also secured the highest marks in the final semester of the M.Pharm. (Pharmacology) programme at BIT Mesra. He specializes in Pharmacology and is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and student mentorship. His academic interests include pharmacology, hemostasis, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, drug development, experimental pharmacology, and translational medicine. Mr. Dash received the First Prize in Oral Presentation at a scientific conference organized by the Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (GNIPST), Kolkata, for presenting his research findings. His research interests encompass hemostasis, cardiovascular pharmacology, experimental pharmacology, clinical research, drug safety, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, novel drug delivery systems, and translational research. He is passionate about integrating scientific research with pharmaceutical education and is dedicated to fostering innovation, ethical practices, and evidence-based learning while guiding students toward academic and research excellence.
