
Mr. Satya Prakash Himanshu
Mr. Satya Prakash Himanshu is working as an Assistant Professor & Head of the Department in the Department of Paramedical Sciences in Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. He has obtained his M.Sc. in Applied Microbiology from National Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Jaipur, Rajasthan, and completed his B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology at Vinayaka Mission University, Salem, Tamil Nadu. His M.Sc. dissertation involved research on Mycobacterium Leprae in patients of Leprosy conducted at Pakur District, Jharkhand. He has 15 + years of experience enriched with the exposure in Teaching, Academic and Administration of the department. He has been worked in the various college in the state of Jharkhand.

Mr. Prashant Kumar Shandiliya
Mr. Prashant Kumar Shandiliya is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paramedical Sciences in Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. He has obtained his M.Sc. in Applied Microbiology from Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, and completed his B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology at BIT, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand. His M.Sc. dissertation involved research on Leishmaniasis Parasite in patients of Kala-azar conducted at ICMR-RMRI Patna. He has also worked as a Laboratory Researcher during Covid -19 Pandemic in ICMR-RMRI Patna, Mr. Shandiliya has 2 years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at Ideal College of Paramedical Ranchi and Florence college of Paramedical Science, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Dr. Vineeta Kumari
Dr. Vineeta Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Jharkhand Rai University. She is Ph.D from Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bihar. She earned her Master Degree from Magadh University, Bodhgaya. The topic of her doctoral dissertation was “Studies on Salvation & Desolvation in different Aqua-organic Co-solvent media”. She has presented her research paper in National and International seminars. She has 7 Years of rich experience in teaching and research.

Ms. Rashmi
Rashmi is presently pursuing Ph.D in Management. She has done Post Graduation in Management from Delhi and M.A in English from Patna University, Patna. Adept with 12+ years of teaching experience, she has an expertise in teaching Management Papers at MBA and BBA levels at various colleges of Ranchi University and also at Study Centre of Sikkim Manipal University and IGNOU. She has been teaching core papers of Marketing and HR in Vocational Department[BBA] at Doranda College, a constituent unit of Ranchi University, Ranchi. She also has an experience of teaching Management papers at one of the most reputed, prestigious St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi an autonomous college of Ranchi University. Apart from Management papers she has been teaching English subject in Intermediate Section Arts, Science, Commerce of Jharkhand Academic Council at Doranda College Ranchi. She has been taking Communication/ Soft Skills and Personality Development classes for students of MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA at Dr. Zakir Hussain Institute study centre of Sikkim Manipal University and NIIT centre. She has presented {6} papers in International/National Seminar/Conferences and also published research paper. She has attended/participated in Workshops/Faculty Development Program in various reputed Institute/University. She is also the Life time member of ‘Association for Research in Social Sciences, Commerce and Management’{ARISCOM}. Prior to teaching, she has an experience of working in Corporate sectors like Inox Global Services Limited Gurugram, Satyam Infoways Limited, New Delhi in managerial capacity. Presently she is working at Jharkhand Rai University in the Faculty of Commerce & Management.

Dr. Raunaque Ara
Dr. Raunaque Ara (PT) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. Dr. Raunaque Ara had completed her bachelor’s degree from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad. She had done her thesis on “Prevalence of Depression in Adolescent Students of a Public School”. She perused her Internship from King George Medical College, Lucknow. She earned her Master of Physiotherapy Degree in Musculoskeletal Specialization from Integral University, Lucknow with the thesis submitted on the topic “Reliability and Validity of Smart Phone Application for the Measurement of Cranio-Vertebral Angle, Cranio-Horizontal Angle and Shoulder Sagittal Angle”. Dr. Raunaque is also a certified Kinesiology Taping Therapist and Antepartum and Postpartum Therapist. She also worked with “SAFAL” Foundation.

Mr. Rahul Kumar
Mr. Rahul Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paramedical Sciences in Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. He obtained his Post Graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology from Banaras Hindu University Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and completed his B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Patna University, Bihar. His Post graduation dissertation involved survey of antibiotics sold from different pharmacy shop of selected area in Palamu District of Jharkhand at RGSC, BHU. He also worked as a Senior Laboratory Technologist during Covid-19 Disease in Core Diagnostics, Sadar Hospital, Jamshedpur.

Mr. Abir Majumder
Mr. Abir Majumder is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paramedical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi.He has completed his Master’s in Radiation and Imaging Technology (M.Sc. RIT) from National Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS University), Jaipur. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Medical Radiation and Imaging Technology (B.Sc. MRIT) from Brainware University, Kolkata. Mr. Majumder has acquired substantial clinical exposure through observer ships and internships at reputed hospitals such as Ruby General Hospital Ltd., Apollo Multispecialty Hospital, and Sanjiban Medical College & Hospital. He has also participated in multiple National and International conferences, including the 15th National Conference of Indian Society of Radiographers & Technologists (NCISRT-2023), and earned certifications in emerging trends and technological advancements in diagnostic radiology. He has authored research publications, including the paper titled “Optimizing CT Radiation Exposure: A Comparative Study of CTDI and DLP in Head and Thorax Imaging” published in the Journal of Xidian University, and a review article on “Single Slot Electron Radiography Using a Laser Plasma Accelerator.” Mr. Majumder’s areas of academic and professional interest include advanced radiological imaging modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, PET CT), radiation safety, and patient care. He possesses strong skills in PACS operations and basic computer applications. With a keen interest in research and education, Mr. Majumder aspires to contribute to the academic development of radiological and imaging technology students through innovative teaching and practical training.

Ms. Muskan Kumari
Ms. Muskan Kumari is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Jharkhand Rai University in the Department of Paramedical Sciences. She has completed her Graduation from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi and earned her Master’s degree in Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. She carried out her Master’s dissertation at CSIR–Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on the topic “Assessment of Ethanol Productivity through Saccharomyces cerevisiae-Mediated Fermentation from Amylase-Treated Starchy Biomass.” She has a professional experience of around 2.5 years, which includes both teaching and laboratory work. Her hands-on training and laboratory expertise have contributed significantly to her teaching in the field of Paramedical Sciences. Ms. Kumari continues to build her Academic and research interests in Applied Microbiology, Biotechnology, and Paramedical Sciences, aiming to guide students in both theoretical knowledge and practical applications.

Mr. Amit Patra
Mr. Amit Patra is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Paramedical Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. He is also pursuing his Ph.D. in Radiology from SGT Medical College, Hospital & Research Institute, Gurugram, Haryana, with his research focusing on “An Evaluation of Radiographic Positioning Accuracy in Trauma Imaging and Its Influence on Diagnostic Outcomes in the Emergency Department.”
He has served as an Assistant Professor at NEPNI Group of Institutions (affiliated to Srimanta Sankardeva University, Government of Assam) and as a Guest Lecturer at Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol, West Bengal. His teaching expertise spans a wide range of core radiological subjects, including Radiation Physics, MRI and CT Physics, Radiographic Image Processing, Patient Positioning, Quality Control and Quality Assurance, Radiation Protection, and Safety Guidelines. He has also gained significant hands-on experience operating advanced imaging modalities such as Allengers 800 mA and 500 mA CR X-Ray systems, GE 128-slice CT, and GE Signa Explorer 1.5 T MRI scanners. Mr. Patra has published several research papers in reputed journals, including works on High-Resolution CT of Temporal Bone, Diffusion Tensor Imaging in Traumatic Brain Injury, and Carotid Artery Intima-Media Thickness correlation with Coronary Artery Disease. A SCAMS-certified Radiologic Technologist (BMRT/20300029), he combines strong academic knowledge with clinical expertise and research aptitude. His professional interests include radiographic positioning accuracy, trauma imaging optimization, MRI safety, and quality assurance in diagnostic imaging.

Mr. Debojyoti Roy
Mr. Debojyoti Roy is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Allied and Healthcare Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. Mr. Debojyoti Roy has earned his Master’s in Radiation and Imaging Technology (RIT) from NIMS University, Jaipur Rajasthan in 2026. He has Completed his Batchelor’s from Brainware University in 2023. Having one year of Clinical experience as a CT and MRI Technologist, with expertise in conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring accurate patient positioning, maintaining patient safety, and producing high-quality diagnostic images.
The topic of his dissertation was “A Comparative Evaluation of T2 SPACE and T2 Thick-slab Among Patients of Cholelithiasis”, published in IJDDT (International Journal of Drug Delivery Technology). Apart from research papers, he has Successfully completed numerous certification courses, workshops, seminars, conferences, and continuing education programs in the field of Medical Imaging and Radiological Technology (e.g. International Conference on Emerging Trends in Allied Health Sciences, Professional Workshop-Siemens Healthineers part 1&2 etc.). These achievements demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and keeping abreast of the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging and healthcare.

Ms. Shailya Preeti
Ms. Shailya Preeti is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Allied and Healthcare Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. She specializes in Medical Laboratory Technology and Microbiology and is committed to excellence in teaching, research, and innovation in the life sciences.She completed her M.Sc. in Microbiology from Radha Govind University, graduating as the University Topper of her batch. Her master’s dissertation, titled “Bioactive Pigments from Water-Derived Bacteria: Disease Applications and Therapeutic Potential,” explored the biomedical and biotechnological applications of microbial bioactive pigments. She earned her Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra Ranchi.
Ms. Preeti has actively participated in several national and international conferences, presenting research papers and scientific posters while contributing to academic discussions. She received the Best Paper Award at the Second International Conference on Modern Trends in Engineering, Science, Management, and Technology (MESMT-2026) for her research titled “Isolation, Purification, and Phenotypic Characterization of Microbes (Bacteria) from the Butea monosperma Plant (Epiphytes).”She has authored book chapters and published research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals. Her research interests include microbiology, medical laboratory sciences, microbial biotechnology, bioactive natural products, and translational biomedical research. She is dedicated to fostering scientific inquiry, innovation, and student-centered learning in healthcare education.

Ms. Anshika Singh
Ms. Anshika Singh is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Allied and Healthcare Sciences at Jharkhand Rai University, Ranchi. Ms. Anshika Singh has earned her Master’s in Radiation and Imaging Technology (RIT) from Teerthanker Mahaveer University Moradabad, in 2026. She has Completed her Bachelor’s from Era University Lucknow in 2024.Having Six-month Internship in Department of Radiological Imaging Techniques (X-ray, CT, MRI, Mammography, Dental imaging), with expertise in conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring accurate patient positioning, maintaining patient safety, and producing high-quality diagnostic images. The topic of her dissertation was “Optic Canal: A CT-Based Morphometric Study in Moradabad Population”, focusing on the anatomical evaluation and morphometric assessment of the optic canal in the regional population. She is Actively engaged in academic research with contributions to peer-reviewed journal articles, review papers, conference proceedings, and multiple book chapters, Scopus-indexed book chapter titled “Explainable Artificial Intelligence Techniques for Image Analysis” articles in the ALARA and the Radiographer’s Journal Informative Page. in the fields of Radiology, Medical Imaging, Artificial Intelligence, Nuclear Medicine, and Advanced Diagnostic Imaging.
