S P Mishra is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Jharkhand Rai University. He has earned his B.Sc (Engg.) from NIT, Patna, and M.Tech from BHU & Pursuing Ph.D. from Jharkhand Rai University. He has 36 years of experience of Engineering Consultancy and 6 years of teaching experience. He has published at least 20 numbers of papers in National, International and in-house journals. He has credit of commissioning of 15 mega projects of steel plant & petroleum industry.

Raghavendra Kumar Trivedi did his B.Sc Engg. (Mechanical) in First Class with Distinction during 1974-78 from BIT,Sindri. He retired as Assistant General Manager in Jan 2016 from SAIL- Bokaro Steel Plant after serving there for more than 35 yrs. He got many rewards & appreciations there for his distinguished service. His bio-data & achievements have been published in many National dailies & Journals. He also did courses in Management, Law & Computers. Prof Trivedi is having wide teaching experience of teaching B.Tech & Diploma students at KIT, CIT, SBU & JRU since 2016. He has published 8 articles which include 3 prize-winning essays .He was General Secretary, Bokaro Steel Officer’s Association during 1985-1987 & Vice-Chairman, Steel Executives Federation of India in 1990.He is currently associated as Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Jharkhand Rai University.

Om Prakash Satyam, a Master in Production Technology had started his career as a Trainee Engineer in the Production of Heavy Farming Equipments at Punjab Agro Based Ltd., based on Bhatinda, Punjab, in April’2012. After gaining industry experiences in Production, Mr. Satyam started his career in academics with BM Groups of Institutions, Gurugram, in the department of Mechanical Engineering, since July’ 2012. Mr. Satyam, a Gate qualified engineer, has published his thesis, titled, “To Study the effect of Process Parameters on Mechanical Properties of Mild Steel in Sub-merged Metal” in IJMEIT. His area of interest includes “Strength of Material”, “Machine Design”, “Production Technology”, & “Tribology’’ etc. He has six years of Teaching Experience. He has participated in NPTEL courses such as Wastewater Treatment and Recycling, Processing of Polymers and Polymers Composites, Geosynthetics Laboratory and Project Planning and Development. Presently he is working with Jharkhand Rai University as a Assistant Professor.

Tej Pratap Chopra, B. Sc. Engg. (Production), MBA (Marketing), is a Gold Medalist, in Engineering from BIT, Mesra, Ranchi. He is also the Topper of the Batch in MBA (Marketing) from BIT Mesra. He started his career as Management Trainee in SRIRAM BEARINGS LIMITED, Ratu, Ranchi and during his working period with the company he was responsible for setting up a new expansion project “SRIRAM NEEDLE BEARINGS,” plant at Ratu, Ranchi, as a member of the core group set up for the purpose. The needle bearing project was set up in collaboration with INA, Germany. During his working experience of 5 ½ years at SRIRAM BEARINGS and SRIRAM NEEDLE BEARINGS, Ratu, he was incharge of Production Planning and Control, Assembly, Needle Section, Packing of finished goods and Transfer to Stores. In addition to the above he has a vast experience of around 32 years in MECON Ltd., a Public Sector Undertaking, under Ministry of Steel. During his career in MECON, he has worked as an expert in the area of design, engineering and consultancy services and also as EPC supplier for Machine Shops, Fabrication Shops and Repair & Maintenance Shops for Integrated Steel Plants of SAIL and other Private Sectors. He has worked as Project Manager for EPC project for “Modification and Up gradation of Group Gathering Stations” at ONGC Gujarat. He also had the opportunity of working as Technical Manager to four numbers of Chairman and Managing Directors of MECON (for almost seven years). He has also a vast experience in Commercial Division at MECON as General Manager responsible for Marketing, Contracts, Claims, Central Vendor Development Cell, Reprography and Technical Information Centre. He was also General Manager responsible for Town Administration and Community Development at MECON. He is currently associated as Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Jharkhand Rai University.

Ajit Kumar Sinha, B. Tech. in “Production Engg.” & MBA in “Marketing Management” from BIT, Mesra, LL. B. from Ranchi University and presently pursuing Ph.D. in “Management” from Jharkhand Rai University, Kamre, Ratu Road, Ranchi, has acquired about 38 years of professional experience in various companies (including about 33 years of experience in MECON Ltd., Ranchi, a PSU under the Ministry of Steel). The core area of activities spanning his career in Industries has been Project & Contracts Management. He has attended many Seminars/Symposia and published many papers in National Journals on various topics. During his tenure in MECON Ltd., he has handled many Mega/ high values Projects in Steel industry as well as other Industries. After his superannuation from MECON Ltd. on 31.12.2015, he has associated himself in academic and worked as Guest/Visiting Faculty for various Technical Institutes in Ranchi. He is currently associated as Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Jharkhand Rai University.

Vinod Kumar Sinha, is working as Assistant Professor at Jharkhand Rai University, Kamre in the Department of Science and Engineering. He worked in various industries like ITC Ltd. Kolkata, Tata Robins Fraser, Jamshedpur, Mecon Ltd, Ranchi, Electrosteel Ltd, Bokaro. During the carrier he did MBA and Law from XISS, Ranchi and Ranchi University, Ranchi. He has experience of thirty years in Industry.

Supriti Jana is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering. She obtained BSc in chemistry (honours) from Midnapore College, Vidyasagar University and secured First Class First rank in the University and also received University Gold Medal in 2010. She has done her MSc from IIT Kharagpur in 2012 where she worked (1year project) with Prof. Dipakranjan Mal and developed an elegant approach towards Prenylated Carbazoles. She qualified NET JRF with ALL INDIA RANK 67 in December, 2012. She obtained Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from IIT Kharagpur in 2018 with Prof. Dipakranjan Mal and Prof. Samik Nanda. Most of her doctoral thesis work was based on [4+2] Anionic Annulations for the synthesis of Vitamin K, total Synthesis of Lignans. During her doctoral research, she has published five renowned international Journals like The Journal of Organic chemistry, Organic Letters, Synthesis etc. indexed in SCOPUS and SCI. She received best poster award at “ICOS 21” an international conference held at IIT Bombay in 2016. She is a recipient of SERB National Post-Doctoral fellowship (result announced on 1st February, 2019). Her research interests include C-H activation, stereoselective synthesis and heterocyclic chemistry and total synthesis of natural products.
