LLB Program Objective
This course familiarizes students intimately with the teaching methodologies and legal research of both national and international characters keeping in view the different types of legal systems, especially in Common Law traditions as well as Civil Law system as practiced in India. It enables students capable of analyzing and examining the economic, cultural and political impact of enacted laws. The course fosters study and research into legal theory and values; examines the relationship between theory and practice; and enhance opportunities for scholarly research, writing, and publication.
LLB Career Objective:
Central/State Government jobs are open to Lawyers. They can be appointed as Judges of various courts, as Attorney and Solicitor General, as Public Prosecutor and also in Defense, Tax and Labour departments. Lawyer can also work as legal counsel and legal advisers for international firms, organizations and families. They also can work with legal consultancy firms dealing with tax, excise, patent, labour and environmental laws.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOs)
- PEOs (Program Educational Objectives) relate to the career and professional accomplishments of passed out students after their graduation from the program. However, keeping the significance of contribution of the curriculum and the assessment opportunities such as examination and evaluation results, placement data, employer feedback and higher education entrance performance etc. are taken as tools for supplementary evidence to assess PEOs.
- The program educational objectives of the undergraduate program in Legal studies take into consideration the university mission and the constituents’ needs by producing graduates who will be able to:
PEO1 - Explore and explain the substantial procedural laws in which they are made/ drafted and how students think and understand the legislative setup.
PEO2- Interpret And Analyze the legal and social problems and work towards finding solutions to the problems by application of laws and regulations.
PEO3 -Inculcate values of Rights and Duties, and transfer these values to real-life through legal and judicial process for promoting community welfare.
PEO4 -Apply ethical principles and commit to legal professional ethics, responsibilities and norms of the established legal practices
PEO5 -Recognize the need for and have the preparation and ability to engage in independent and life-long learning in the broader context of legal

Law Graduates will be able to:
