Parents’ Feedback Analysis for session 2023-24

The University places great emphasis on collecting feedback from parents, recognizing it as a crucial component in enhancing the quality of academic programs, teaching methodologies, and infrastructure necessary for fostering holistic education. To this end, an annual survey is conducted each June to assess parental satisfaction with the university’s services. The objective is to engage parents as active partners in the pursuit of educational excellence, utilizing their feedback to inform quality assurance measures and improvement strategies. In the Academic Year 2023-24, a total of 109 parents participated in the online survey, providing valuable insights regarding various areas for improvement. The survey utilized a rating scale from 1 to 5, where 5 signifies “Excellent,” 4 denotes “Very Good,” 3 represents “Good,” 2 is “Average,” and 1 indicates “Below Average.”

The analysis of the feedback revealed a high level of satisfaction among parents regarding several key aspects of the university experience. Notably, parents expressed their approval of the Mentorship Program, the Examination System, and the overall discipline maintained at the university. Furthermore, they conveyed satisfaction with the university’s nurturing environment, which facilitates the holistic development of their children. The curriculum was noted for its coherence and alignment with industry standards, effectively emphasizing the enhancement of students’ employability skills. Additionally, parents appreciated the receptiveness of faculty and staff, highlighting their willingness to offer support and guidance to students, which contributes positively to the overall educational experience.

This comprehensive feedback not only reinforces the university’s commitment to quality education but also underscores the importance of parental involvement in shaping a supportive and effective learning environment.
