The University places significant importance on gathering feedback from parents as a vital measure for recalibrating and improving the quality of academic programs, teaching methods, and infrastructure to foster holistic education. Each year, in the month of June, an annual survey is conducted to gauge parental satisfaction with the university’s services. The goal is to involve parents in ensuring the excellence of education through feedback analysis and quality assurance efforts. In the Academic Year 2022-23, 972 parents participated in the online survey to provide insights on various aspects that could be improved. The survey measures overall satisfaction using a 1 to 5 scale, where 5 stands for Excellent, 4 for Very Good, 3 for Good, 2 for Average, and 1 for Below Average.
The feedback analysis indicates that parents express satisfaction with the Mentorship program, the Examination system, and the overall Discipline of the University. Additionally, parents are content with the university’s conducive atmosphere for the holistic development of their children. The well-structured curriculum aligns with industry requirements, emphasizing the enhancement of students’ employability skills. Moreover, the approachability of faculty and staff by students for support and guidance is admirable.
