The feedback from Parents is an important measure for the University to recalibrate and help it in its drive to improve the quality of academic programmes offered, teaching-learning & infrastructural facilities geared towards holistic education. The feedback analysis process has put an increasing emphasis on the need for involvement of parents in the quality assurance of excellent education. Annual survey is conducted every year in the month of June to assess the satisfaction of parents regarding the services of the University. Each year we ask parents to complete a feedback form to gain an insight into how we could improve on various parameters. In the Academic Year 2021-22, we received the responses from 452 parent through an online survey. Parents’ overall satisfaction survey is done on different parameters in the scale of 1 to 5 i.e. 5 for Excellent, 4 for Very Good, 3 for Good, 2 for Average and 1 for Below Average. The analysis shows that the parents are satisfied with the conducive atmosphere in the University for the Holistic Development of their wards & the curriculum is well designed and focuses on the requirements of the Industry to enhance the employability skills of the students.
