The feedback analysis process emphasizes the increasing need for faculty involvement in ensuring the quality of education. Active participation from faculty members is essential for the holistic development of students. Feedback on various aspects was gathered from 55 faculty members at Jharkhand Rai University. This included evaluating the provision of adequate time and resources for syllabus development, coverage of theoretical and practical components, alignment with program outcomes, input from field experts in syllabus design, emphasis on necessary technical and teaching skills, integration of ethical values, recommended reference books, flexibility based on current trends, and updated elective courses.
Considering the pivotal role that teachers play in curriculum design and implementation, their feedback was carefully considered for appropriate action. Overall, the feedback from faculty members was positive, with 60% strongly agreeing and 40% agreeing that the syllabus is relevant to the course. Additionally, 96% agreed that the syllabus meets industry requirements, 92% indicated that the administration is supportive of teachers, and 98% agreed that the course/syllabus strikes a good balance between theory and application.
